Respect for All Week 2024!

We are getting excited for our upcoming Respect for all Week which will take place Monday February 12 through Friday February 16. Each day has a theme and a fun and meaningful activity to go along with the theme. Please see below for more information!

Monday,
2/12

Anti-bullying day! Please dress in your favorite superhero t-shirt, costume, or color representing your favorite hero. Each student will create a link to form a class anti-bullying chain. We hope to connect all class chains to make one schoolwide chain!

Tuesday, 2/13

Respect - Wear purple to represent respect! Students will experience an awesome assembly about respect and kindness with some super cool stunts!

Wednesday, 2/14

Love and Kindness/Valentines Day - Please wear red or pink! Get ready to hear a great story about an invisible web and participate in a fun meaningful connection activity.

Thursday, 2/15

Younique day! - Wear any color you like that you feel represents you! Students will create something special for their class during the school day that focuses on being and feeling special. :)

Friday,
2/16

Wear yellow for inclusion because it is: National No One Eats Alone Day - Get ready to switch things up in the cafeteria! Students will be randomly assigned to sit at a different lunch table by picking a number out of a bin and then reporting to that numbered table. The Kindness Committee hopes that students will embrace this social challenge and make new connections with fellow students we don’t usually get to talk to. Kindness Committee members will help facilitate ice breaker games, jokes, and conversation topics.
